WASHINGTON DC 8/15/21 – Well, it didn’t take long for the Biden Regime’s fanciful foreign policy to completely collapse as Afghanistan falls back to the Taliban. Just as the Obama-Biden misguided foreign policy gave rise to the “JV Team” ISIS taking over much of the middle east, before Trump finally eradicated them, now the Biden Regime’s dangerously naive foreign policy gave rise to the “not inevitable” collapse of Afghanistan to the Taliban. This puts the Taliban back in power after 20 years. The US Embassy burns contents and is hurriedly evacuated by helicopter in scenes reminiscent of the fall of Saigon. This is Biden’s Saigon.
It shows just how dangerously naive the left’s view of foreign policy is that they seriously thought pulling troops out in the middle of the night abandoning bases and equipment to the Taliban would result in anything other than the total collapse of Afghanistan and the resurgence of the Taliban.

In response to reporter asking if the collapse of Afghanistan is now inevitable after the United States cuts and runs out of Afghanistan in the middle of the night.

To further underscore their complete and utterly dangerous naiveté, their press secretary Jen Psaki recently “strongly urged” the Taliban to play nice in the interests of “international legitimacy,” after the group assasinated the Afghanistan government’s top media officer.
“If the Taliban — our view is that the — if the Taliban claim to want international legitimacy, these actions are not going to get them the legitimacy they seek. They do not have to stay on this trajectory. They could choose to devote the same energy to the peace process as they are to their military campaign. We strongly urge them to do so. This is what the Afghan people so urgently need, deserve after decades of war.”

Psaki was also roundly mocked for recently scolding the Taliban to “assess” “their role in the international community,” as if those who rape women and behead everyone in their way are really worried about their “role in the international community.” They think they can scold people like that and shame them with political correctness.
