John Mills’ evidence reveals that remote access and/or an algorithm was being used in the 2020 election to manage the outcome.
“I have reviewed the Mesa County Forensic Reports (Reports 1, 2, and 3) concerning the examination of images of the hard drives of the Dominion Voting Systems (DVS) Democracy Suite (D-Suite) version 5.11-CO Election Management System (EMS) server of Mesa County, Colorado. The DVS D-Suite EMS server in that configuration was used for all Mesa County elections held in 2020 and through May 2021, including the November 2020 General Election, and the April 2021 Grand Junction Municipal Election.
My conclusions from reviewing these Reports are detailed below, and in my opinion, the evidence found on the Mesa County server is consistent with either remote access operations and/or the employment of sophisticated algorithms.”
