UPDATE 10PM– Then hours later the judge reinstated the restraining order (for limited counties) in his third order of the day. Things will continue moving faster as we approach the Dec. 14th Electoral College deadline.
Defendants are ENJOINED and RESTRAINED from altering, destroying, or erasing, or allowing the alteration, destruction or erasure of, any software or data on any Dominion voting machine in Cobb, Gwinnett, and Cherokee counties.

UPDATE 4PM – Only an hour later the judge reversed his order. Probably got big blow back from defendants and GA counties. Looks like THEY REALLY WANT TO ERASE THOSE MACHINES ASAP FOR SOME REASON. I wonder why the counties would be in such a rush to erase the machines? LOL! Could actually work in Trump’s favor as it shows intense intent to erase the machines before they can be examined. There will be lots of back-and-forth jockeying as this moves through the courts. Nothing is done until SCOTUS rules though.
GEORGIA 11/29/20 3PM – Sidney Powell (aka The KRAKEN) has had her first win today in her GA lawsuit when a GA judge granted her a restraining order to prevent the GA election officials from erasing/resetting the electronic voting machines to potentially erase evidence. The GA election officials had planned on wiping the voting machines and resetting them back to zero on Monday. They are now enjoined from doing so in case the court orders those machines may be examined.
In addition, Plaintiffs content that Union County officials have advised that they are going to wipe or reset the voting machines of all data and bring the count back to zero on Monday, November 30. To the extent Plaintiffs seek a temporary restraining order to preserve the voting machines in the State of Georgia, and to prevent any wiping of data, their motion is granted. Defendants are ordered to maintain the status quo and are temporarily enjoined from wiping or resetting any voting machines in the State of Georgia until further order of the Court.
IT IS SO ORDERED this 29th day of November, 2020.– Judge Timothy C. Batten, Sr., United States District Judge
