UPDATE: NEW HAMPSHIRE WOBBLES as State Senate Unanimously Passes Bill to Mandate Full Forensic Audit of Ballots & Voting Machines – Governor to Sign!

Share some truth!

NEW HAMPSHIRE – The New Hampshire State Senate UNANIMOUSLY passed bill SB43 which mandates a full forensic audit of ballots and voting machines in the town of Windam. While this bill focuses on a local race from the 2020 election, it looks like it may be poised to expose massive election fraud with the voting machines in the 2020 general election which could lead to further investigations to uncover widespread election fraud.

In the above video Jim Hoft of Gateway Pundit and Patty McMurry discuss The Windham Incident with election witnesses on 100% Fed Up. Note that the video above was made before the NH State House & Senate stepped up and voted to mandate the full forensic audit. Here’s Gateway Pundit’s latest report about the Senate vote.

In a HUGE WIN for We, the People, and for New Hampshire election integrity, the NH Senate voted 24-0 just minutes ago to concur with the House amended version of SB43.

This Bill was championed by Senator Bob Giuda and will validate election integrity in our state by mandating a forensic audit on Windham’s 11/3/20 general election ballots and voting machines as configured on November 3, 2020.

The forensic audit will determine the huge discrepancy between the election day results and subsequent recount of Windham’s November 3, 2020, State Rep. race where a difference of 1,363 total votes from just 10,006 ballots was uncovered.

New Hampshire governor says he will sign bill mandating ballot & voting machine audit of 2020 Windham election

The governor of New Hampshire announced on Thursday that he intends to sign a bill allowing an audit of voting machines used in the town of Windham for the 2020 election.

Gov. Chris Sununu said he supported the bill, which is meant to address count discrepancies there, during a press conference on Thursday.

“I think they designed the bill very well,” he said. “And I fully intend on signing it and moving that forward as soon as we can.”

The bill, SB 43, which has been passed by both the state House and Senate, authorizes and directs an audit of “ballot counting machines and their memory cards and the hand tabulations of ballots.”

The Windham Incident

This is in response to what has become known as “The Windham Incident.” After losing her race in the 2020 general election, the Democrat state representative requested a recount. When that hand recount was performed it proved quite enlightening. The hand recount showed that all four Republican candidates actually received about 6% more votes than the machine had counted, and the Democrat candidate actually received over 2% less votes than the machine had counted. This launched an effort to get to the bottom of why the machines produced about a 10% swing toward the democrat in the vote count in that town. Those same machines are used in 200 other NH towns… and of course were also used in the presidential election in NH…

After November’s general election, Democrat Kristi St. Laurent requested a recount of the Windham State Representative race. The November 12 hand recount produced a 300-vote increase for all 4 Republican candidates and a 99-vote decrease for her. The recount didn’t change the outcome, but no one could explain the huge 6% increase in Republican votes or the 2% decrease in St. Laurent’s.

On November 16th, St. Laurent appealed the recount, asking the Ballot Law Commission for an investigation into the machine count error.

On November 19th, the Attorney General received a letter from Windham town counsel Bernard Campbell requesting an investigation into the machine count error. The AG never replied to that request.

What The Heck Happened In Windham’s November Election? – Part 1

Sworn affidavits have been presented to the Attorney General regarding complaints from Republican Poll Watchers who were prohibited from meaningfully observing any part of the election process, which included the processing of absentee mail-in ballots, as well as the handling and processing of ballots that were deposited in a dropbox outside of the polling place on election day.

The importance of those complaints is exponentially magnified by the massive disturbing errors in the State Rep results that were reported on election night. Those results showed Democrat State Representative Candidate Kristi St. Laurent fell short of being elected by just 24 votes.

St. Laurent requested a hand recount be performed by the Secretary of State (SOS), which took place on November 12, 2020, in Concord under the supervision of NH SOS Bill Gardner and Deputy SOS Dave Scanlon. Three of the Windham State Rep candidates were present; Mrs. St. Laurent (D), Julius Soti (R), and Bob Lynn (R).

Windham Election Moderator Betty Dunn was present as well – but she made it clear that she was not at the recount as a representative of Windham. She was there to observe the recount process on behalf of Democrat candidate Kristi St. Laurent. I was there as well, so I can speak to what took place with first-hand knowledge. I’ll cover that experience in subsequent parts of this series.

To understand the serious magnitude of the tabulation errors, the table below compares the election night results to the recount results. The difference in votes and percentage of votes for each Republican candidate, as well as those for Mrs. St. Laurent, is troubling.

It’s not unusual for a small number of vote totals to change during a recount, but the reported number of votes for every Republican candidate on election night was short by nearly 300 votes – and Democrat candidate Kristi St. Laurent tallied 99 more votes than cast. After the recount – St. Laurent’s margin of loss went from 24 votes (.005%) to 420 votes (9.6%). A huge difference.
