ARIZONA — In the above video Walter Daugherty joins Brannon Howse on The Lindell Report to discuss the latest sworn expert declarations and supporting evidence for the Motion for a Preliminary Injunction to Prohibit the Use of Electronic Voting Machines in Upcoming Arizona Elections. Walter’s evidence reveals that a proportional-integral-derivative (PID) type algorithm was being used in the 2020 election to manage the outcome.
“My analysis below of the CVR data shows, in my expert opinion, that in the November 2020 election for which the CVR data was made available, ballots in Maricopa County and Pima County were artificially processed through the tabulators tracking a Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) type control function in a closed-loop feedback system. A PID controller or variations of it is a software coded algorithm to maintain a measured process variable (that is, an outcome, such as a ratio) at a pre-specified desired setpoint.”— Walter Daugherty, Declaration Supporting Preliminary Injunction to Ban Election Machines
